To Register:

Allows a carrier to register for online use of any of the TEC Online Services systems.

Click on the link �Register� located below the �Submit� button

Read the TRAVIS Web User Agreement and press �Continue�

Enter all required information.� Once all required information is entered, press �Submit�.

What are the individual fields on this page for?

MVID: is a motor vehicle identification number.� If familiar with permitting, this number is the same as a client number.� Alberta registrants can find this number on their Alberta motor vehicle registration.

NSC/Carrier Number: is a required field for access to the Carrier Profile system.

Requested Login ID: this ID must be a minimum of 6 characters long.� It is suggested that registrants refrain from using symbols in the Requested Login ID.

Company Name: is only a required field if MVID belongs to an organization.

First Name: enter first name of applicant.

Last Name: enter last name of applicant.

E-mail:TEC will return registration and login information to the address entered in this box.

Phone: enter telephone number to be contacted should TEC should have to contact registrant via telephone.

Fax Number: enter fax number (optional).

Comments: is provided to add comments regarding your registration information.

Requested Services: choose the services which access is required by clicking on the applicable check boxes.

An e-mail containing your login ID and password will be e-mailed to you once you have been registered for an online service. Please note that notification of your registration application may take up to 48 hours.

NOTE:

• Required information has an asterisk (*) and the text is orange.
• Permit requests will not be processed if applied for through the registration comment box.
